Christopher Mackenzie grew up in Toronto, Canada.  He attended Colgate University on a hockey scholarship.  He left Colgate to pursue a professional career in hockey.  After 13 years and 5 CHAMPIONSHIPS, he decided to become a member of the Northwestern Mutual Family because of strong beliefs in the company's values regarding their clients (policy holder first attitude) and their teamwork relationships amongst reps.  The final decision maker for Chris to join the Northwestern team was based on and reinforced by the existing clients' continual positive comments about the company.  This factor clearly and emphatically demonstrated to Chris that the strength of the company in the corporate world was based on its commitment and dedication towards its clients.

For Chris, the move from hockey to Northwestern Mutual was a natural and easy transition; formerly, a champion on the ice, he once again, belongs to yet another winning team in the business world!
